Engine connection
Connect signals from your vessel's existing engine to the Hub Terminal and view supported readings in the LenTack App. Complete a compatibility check before purchasing accessories and connection services.
Equipment & Accessories
- Equipment source
- The engine is a third-party device. LenTack provides compatibility testing and connection services. Supported functions depend on the adaptation results.
- Interface & Accessories
- The Hub Terminal includes an engine connection interface as standard. Compatible accessories and connection services are sold separately.
- Supported configurations
- Available readings depend on the engine model and configuration. Single- and twin-engine installations require confirmation; each engine is checked separately.
How to connect
Provide engine details
Share the brand, model and single- or twin-engine configuration with LenTack to arrange compatibility testing.
Test first, then confirm accessories
Complete compatibility testing to identify supported readings. Purchase the matching accessories and connection services only after compatibility is confirmed.
Wire according to the approved setup
Connect two signal wires to the Hub Terminal's engine interface. Follow the wire sequence and connection points confirmed for your engine model.
Check in the App
After connection, verify the engine assignment, readings and units. Confirm each engine separately in a twin-engine setup, then choose which readings to display.
Further information
Why test if the interface is already included?
A standard interface means the Hub Terminal is equipped for connection. Compatibility testing is still needed to confirm engine support, available readings and required accessories.
Where can I view the readings?
The LenTack App displays supported engine readings such as speed, temperature and pressure. Available readings vary by model. Explore the App display
